At Gummi, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.

You are entitled to a refund if:​

• Your item arrives with a fault or flaw not mentioned in the product description.

• The item is not as described or has been misrepresented.

• The item is damaged during shipping (please contact us with photos).

 Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind.

• General wear, tear, or imperfections that are part of the nature of vintage clothing (these will always be noted in the product description).

 

Timeframe

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping.

• For other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
